Bruce (@bruce_croxon) co-founded Round13 Capital to address the market opportunity created by the lack of funding available to growth stage digital companies in Canada.

John Eckert

Founding Partner

John is passionate about discovering world-leading companies and mentoring great entrepreneurs. Through his investment in Lavalife, John met Bruce which eventually led to their co-founding of Round13 Capital.

Josh French

VP, Finance

Josh is a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) by training, spending nearly a decade with Grant Thornton LLP in Toronto where he became a Senior Manager in the Assurance practice serving clients across various industries, and supported internal clients on complex accounting and reporting matters as Central Canada’s Practice Support Advisor.

Miranda Ferris

Since joining Round13, Miranda has been actively involved in sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and providing support to current investees.

Director of Operations

Vaneh has worked with Round13 since the firm’s founding and has been instrumental to the Round13’s growth.

Wilson Lee

Managing Partner

Wilson has spent the majority of his career working at start ups and has a proven track record working to overcome the challenges involved with building and scaling companies. At Round13, Wilson will be focused on making new investments and working with existing portfolio companies to scale to the next level.

Lianne Strother

Lianne is focused on sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and providing support to current investees. Prior to joining Round13, she worked in Investment Banking in the Technology, Media & Telecom Group at RBC Capital Markets.

Lucie Mabadi

Office Administrator and Social Media Manager

With a background rooted in Johannesburg, South Africa, Lucie is a seasoned communication strategist and administrator. Over the past five years, she has lent her expertise to a variety of industries, from startups to established corporations within the automotive sector, and international mobility initiatives like Campus France.

Jack Bulger

Jack started his career working in data analytics and business development at one of Round13’s portfolio companies, Statflo. Now at Round13, he is focused on sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting current investees.
